Our organization established, manages and maintains comprehensive and professional Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that all of our security guards must adhere to.
Our Uniformed Armed and Unarmed Security Guards are highly trained, well oriented and exercise great deal of attention to details in carrying out their respective first line of defence duties to help protect properties, prevent risks, threats and vulnerabilities while maintaining high visibility presence which is essential to deterring illegal and inappropriate actions, observing (either directly, through several forms of patrols, or by monitoring alarm systems or live video cameras) for signs of crime, fire or disorderliness; then taking proactive actions to report any security incidents to our "Command Centre" for immediately reinforcements and mobilization of all the necessary emergency services as appropriate.
These men and women received several trainings which include but not limited to; critical analysis of situation awareness to help identify and prevent potential risks, vulnerabilities and threats. In addition, they were trained to perform specialized tasks such as detention, crowd control; including handcuffing and other lawful restraining measures. They are trained to recognize emergency situations and operate emergency medical and non-emergency medical equipment such as Automatic External Defibrillator (AED), Fire Extinguishers and Fire Pull Stations and so on. They are also skilled in performing first aid, CPR, take accurate notes, write detailed security incident reports and perform other security related tasks as required by our clients.

- Observes, report, answer alarms, investigate disturbances and proactive response.
- Patrol industrial and commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows and gates.
- Access control: monitors and restrict access to authorized individuals and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
- Patrol among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order, lives and protect properties.
- Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information during non-business hours or when switchboard is closed.
- Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary.
- Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.
- Operates motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations and to provide personal protection.
- Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational and to detect evidence of tampering.
